Print Club FAQ
When will I get my order?
Nature's Pencil print club is directed by seasonal inspiration. The prints are produced and shipped together in a single monthly batch. They are shipped the first week of each month.
When will I be charged for the second print?
Recurring charges all happen on the 21st of the month. Recurring charges begin after receiving your first print.
What kind of works are included in the Print Club?
Print Club will include Matthew Morrocco’s Landscape and Still Life work.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price for orders within the USA. For all international subscriptions an additional charge of $2.50 will be added per month.
Will I receive tracking information?
Print Club orders are sent with regular postage via USPS and therefore do not include tracking information.
Can I cancel?
Monthly subscribers can join or cancel their subscription at any time.
Please be sure to cancel before the 21st of the month to ensure your cancellation for the following month’s print. Full year subscriptions paid in advance cannot be refunded once you begin receiving prints.
When will my print be shipped?
As the Print Club prints are directed by seasonal inspiration, they are produced and shipped together in a single monthly batch. They are shipped the first week of the following month of your subscription.
Do I receive my first print as soon as I subscribe?
We do not ship individual Print Club prints immediately upon subscribing. We produce and ship all prints at the same time. We aim to ship prints by the 1st of each month and will update our website when the prints ship.
Is there a cutoff date for receiving the following month’s print?
Yes, the 21st of each month. We accept orders between the 22nd of the previous month, and the 21st of the current month to receive the following month’s print. For example, Susan subscribes to Nature’s Pencil on March 21st, she will receive her print during the first week of April. But Antoine orders a print on March 22, he won’t receive his first print until the first week of May.
What happens if I order after the 21st?
Your first print will be sent out the month after next!
For example, if John subscribes on January 1st, and Josephine subscribes on January 21st, both of their prints will be sent out by February 1st for receipt during the first week of February. Both John and Josephine will get the first recurring charge on February 21st. However, if Jeremy subscribes on January 22nd, his first print will ship by March 1st and his first recurring charge will happen on March 21st.
What if I’m sending the print as a gift?
What a great idea ! — please remember to fill in the shipping information with the gifted person’s name and address, not your own. We also have Gift Notices available for this occasion.
How long will my Gift Notice take to ship?
Gift Notices ship immediately and should arrive within 5-7 business days.
