Collector Framing

In order for photographs to look their best, we suggest that framing be done by our friends at Laumont Photographics in New York City. The suggested framing is a 3/4 inch custom walnut wood with museum glass, cleat to hang, and signature label attached to the back. Images are mounted to museum board and floated in the center of the frame with a two inch border all the way around.

Please contact us to order, and for any questions!

Please allow up to four weeks for framing.

The frames suggested by the artist are 3/4 inch walnut wood, finished with tung oil to preserve the look of the natural wood.

The photograph is mounted to a thin acid-free museum board and mounted to another museum board so there is a border all the way around the photograph. The effect is called “floating.”

The extra depth of the double mount adds to the graceful feel of the photograph, making it stand out.

Since each Collector print photograph will be signed on the back, the mounting will cover the signature. For this reason, the artist includes a signature card to affix to the back of the frame to authenticate each unique print. Non-collector prints are not signed and will not include a signature card.
