Return Policy
All artworks are custom-made to order. As such, all sales are final once an order is placed. If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours by emailing studio@matthewmorroccostudio.com with clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. We’ll review the issue and may offer a replacement.
Please note: once an order is delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
Damages & Defects
We take pride in the quality of our fine art photography. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos showing the issue and any packaging damage.
Do not hang or alter the artwork before contacting us.
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will repair or replace the artwork at no cost. Claims reported after 30 days from delivery cannot be accommodated.
Non-Returnable Items
All artworks are final sale.
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
We do not accept exchanges.
Order Cancellations & Disputes
All artworks are made-to-order and may be part of limited editions. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback, steal an artwork, or reproduce it without authorization is considered a serious breach of contract and copyright law.
Copyright & Usage
All content, including photographs, images, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and owned by Matthew Morrocco Studio.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of artworks is strictly prohibited.
Any infringement may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
By purchasing or using our artworks, you agree to indemnify Matthew Morrocco Studio against any misuse.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Artworks
We are not responsible for artworks confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
To avoid theft, we recommend selecting “Signature Required” at checkout.
Missing or stolen artwork must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation; otherwise, replacement or reimbursement cannot be provided.
